End of Month List: November 2021
I was busy for most of November, and thus the limited reviews and posts (this was my least posted month so far). I'll be busy for most of early December, but I hope to catch on later, as I work towards my end-of-year lists. Hopefully, I will be able to finish it all in time.
As far as songs go, this month was average. There were a few highlights from unexpected places, with a few songs clearly good for a long-time playlist, but overall, the song quality this month was largely 'meh'. On the other hand, there were some decent albums this month, particularly from the west. ABBA, Adele, and Silk Sonic, in particular, released some strong albums, while Younha, Gaho, Oneus, and Twice provided the best albums of Korea.
In Japan, much of the major releases came from Johnny's entertainment. NEWS returned with some decent tracks, and Naniwa Danshi's debut added some new blood for the agency. It will be interesting to see how all these releases age.

I agree with you on November being more "meh". Hopefully December will be a lot more impactful and we can end this year with a bang! Artists like LUCY and JYP's junior band that's debuting in a few days is exciting.
Can't wait to see the end-of-year playlist!
